Lean Best Practice Visit
19th, 20th and 21st October
Following on from the success of the first Lean best practice company visit, the Scottish Construction Centre together with LCI-UK is pleased to invite you on a three day visit to six leading organisations in three Scottish regions that have successfully applied lean thinking in their businesses.
Led by Steve Ward, SCC Lean Coordinator and Director of LCI-UK, delegates will have the opportunity to acquire cross sector best practice knowledge through visits to leading non-construction organisations.
This three day tour taking place on the 19, 20 and 21 October with Mitsubishi, NG Bailey and Teknek already confirmed as three of the host companies.
The cost per day will be approximately £100 + VAT (excluding accommodation) with the option to attend any or all of the days.
