Lean discussion group meeting
The first meeting of the SCC's Scottish Lean construction network* took place at the University of Dundee on Tuesday 15 June 2010. Members of the group, which provides a platform for informal discussion between individuals currently embedding Lean in their organisation, used the session to discuss the purpose of the group, what they realistically want to achieve and how this can be done.
Currently composed of two cells based in Glasgow and Dundee, the network meets once a month. The next meeting dates as follows:
Dundee cell - 6pm, Wednesday 1st September, University of Dundee
Glasgow cell - 6pm, Wednesday 29th September, Glasgow Caledonian University
